Ch-hdpe self adhesive membrane waterproof roll
Ch-hdpe self-adhesive membrane waterproof roll (referred to as high polymer self-adhesive membrane waterproof roll in the underground engineering specification) is mainly made of special high-density polyethylene membrane. The main waterproof layer is provided with self-adhesive layer, environmental change resistant protection layer and isolation layer, and 70mm wide self-adhesive lap edge is reserved on the long side and side of the roll. Mechanism of pre laying anti sticking technology
The bonding between the pre laid anti adhesive roll and the cast-in-place concrete is a kind of strong occlusive bonding, which is caused by the interlocking of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the flowing liquid concrete and the roll. When the flowing liquid concrete is poured on the surface of the pre laid anti sticking coiled material, there are tiny grooves and bulges at the interface of the two materials under the microscope observation, which make the coiled material and the concrete lock each other, and the contact with the concrete reaches the full state in an instant and forms a whole.
Construction preparation
1) construction scheme
According to different waterproof engineering requirements, the construction scheme of pre laid self-adhesive waterproof roll shall be prepared and implemented after discussion and approval of the competent department.
2) cushion or other foundation surface treatment
(1) several surfaces of horizontal cushion shall be solid, compact, flat and smooth, and there shall be no gap or hole larger than 12mm on the surface of base course. If there is honeycomb, pitted surface or crack
The gap and hole shall be repaired in advance.
(2) vertical base surface shall be provided with facade support first, and plywood or other slats with thickness of 19mm shall be used, or concrete shall be used as facade support, and plywood shall be installed
The joint shall be tight and the gap shall not be more than 12mm.
3) tool supporting materials
Nail shooting gun, fixed nail, press roll, scissors / cutter, spring box, hot air machine, etc.

Construction process
1) bottom plane construction
Clean the line snapping on the first base layer → lay the pre laid anti stick waterproof roll + roll overlapping treatment → node construction → self inspection → acceptance > uncovering the isolation membrane of the roll → binding the steel bar → pouring the concrete
2) vertical construction
Installation of facade support + Inspection and cleaning of facade base surface + positioning and snapping of coiled material I → laying of pre laid anti adhesive waterproof coiled material → mechanical fixation of coiled material + overlapping treatment of coiled material → node construction → self inspection + acceptance - → uncovering of coiled material isolation membrane I binding of steel bars → pouring of concrete
3) tunnel vault
Tunnel vault → snapping line + installing support (gasket or hanging nail) → laying pre laid anti sticking coiled material - mechanical fixation of waterproof coiled material (welding or hanging bundle) → lapping treatment → section
Point treatment → uncovering waterproof membrane, binding reinforcement and pouring concrete.
Construction precautions
1. The ambient temperature of coiled material paving shall be above - 4 ° C. Otherwise, the coiled material is not firmly overlapped and the waterproof is invalid;
2. The coiled material can be directly laid on the "uncompleted concrete" or the wet base surface without ponding, but the base surface shall be flat and firm without obvious ponding;
3. The long side of the coiled material shall be overlapped by self-adhesive edge with a lap width of 70mm; the short side shall be overlapped by adhesive tape with a width of 80mm, and the joint area at the end of the coiled material shall be staggered with each other;
4. During facade construction, mechanical fixation shall be carried out every 400 ~ 600mm within 10 ~ 20mm from the self-adhesive edge to the edge of the coiled material, and the fixed position shall be fully covered by the coiled material;
5. Long side lapping relies on self adhesive film. Make sure that the lapping is firm, with foreign data, and hot air is also needed for low-temperature construction.
6. The reinforcement is directly placed on the coiled material without any protection, but the waterproof layer shall not be damaged; the concrete shall be poured and tamped within 40 days after the installation of the coiled material
7. The operator must be trained before taking the post;
8. Personnel wearing spikes are strictly prohibited to enter the coiled material construction site;
9. Pay attention to on-site protection during construction to prevent from being blown by wind;
10. Smoking is not allowed on the construction site.
