Construction method of PVC waterproof roll
Combined with the characteristics of PVC coil, the cold bonding method, air laying method and mechanical fixation method are generally adopted, and the unique hot air welding process is matched. Cold sticking method
The construction method of using the special adhesive for PVC coil to paste the coil on the base layer by cold operation is called cold adhesion method. According to different waterproof design requirements, cold bonding can be divided into full bonding or partial bonding.
I. the full adhesion method is the construction method that all PVC coiled materials are bonded on the base.
1) during the construction, the pre laying shall be carried out first, and the PVC coiled material shall be naturally laid on the surface of the base course of setting out (not bonded at first), which shall be smooth and straight without distortion.
2) the longitudinal lap width of the coil shall be 50mm, and appropriate cutting shall be carried out. Butt joint treatment shall be adopted in the transverse direction, on which 200 ~ 250mm wide non composite layer (class n) shall be used. PVC coil is covered, lapped and welded.
3) fold half of the long side of one or more coils (about 1 m), and apply special adhesive on the base layer and coil surface respectively from the folding position. When the adhesive is dry to non stick, compact the pre laid coil surface with a press roll. Then fold up the other parts that are not folded, continue to operate from the folding place as mentioned before, and then paste firmly and compact by analogy. Finally, I shall be applied to the joint welding.
2. Paste the coiled material locally. When the PVC roll is paved, the roll and the base layer are pasted on the base layer by point or strip sticking method.
Spot Adhesion: Spot Adhesion between coiled material and base. No less than 5 points shall be bonded per square meter, and the area of each point shall be 100mmx100mm.
Strip bonding: strip bonding between coiled material and base course. The bonding surface between each sheet of coiled material and the base course shall be no less than two, and the width of each sheet shall be no less than 150 mm.
The empty laying method is to pave PVC waterproof coiled material. The coiled material and the base layer are only bonded within a certain width around the whole waterproof layer; the other parts are not bonded. Construction of empty paving method.
The process flow is as follows:
Base leveling, cleaning, snapping, pre laying of coiled material, special parts of lap welding, edge pressing, sealing material edge sealing and acceptance.
Firstly, the coil pre laying shall refer to the full bonding method, and the longitudinal joint width shall be 50mm. Secondly, only the coil around the whole waterproof project shall be fully bonded, and the joint shall be welded. Butt joint treatment shall be adopted in the transverse direction, which shall be covered, lapped and welded with 200 ~ 250mm wide PVC coiled material (class n) without platform layer.
Mechanical fixation
That is to say, the construction method of mechanically fastening the fixed parts to connect the coiled material and the base course.
(1) during the construction, the pre laying shall be carried out first, and the full adhesion method can be referred to. The longitudinal lap width is 100 mm, of which 50 mm is used as the fixed part, and the fixed part shall pass through the insulation layer and be fixed on the structural layer.
(2) according to the designed and calculated fixed spacing, use the impact drill to drill first, and the hole diameter is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the fixed screw. After the fixed parts are in place, use the electric screwdriver to reinforce and tighten them, and then operate in turn. Each lap joint shall be welded, and the butt joint shall be used in the transverse direction, and 200 ~ 2500mm wide non composite layer (class n) coil shall be used for covering and welding.
Welding process of PVC waterproof roll
The longitudinal lap width between PVC waterproof rolls is 50mm, and the transverse width is 100mm. When the welding process is adopted, the welding nozzle and the welding direction form a 45 ° angle, the pressing roller and the welding nozzle are parallel and keep a distance of about 5mm, and the rolling should not be too fast.
A small welding nozzle with a width of 20 mm is used for welding, generally two passes, and the welding temperature is controlled at the 6th level. The effective width of each pass of welding is 15 mm ~ 20 mm. A large welding nozzle with a width of 40mm should be used for welding, with the welding temperature controlled at the 7th level and the effective welding width of 25mm.
