Construction operation requirements

(2) prepare cement slurry binder with polyvinyl alcohol gel solution containing cement weight of 10%-15%. The mixture must be uniform, no precipitation, no clotting and no segregation can be used.

(3) before the construction of the main waterproof layer of the roof, the drainage concentration and the details of the complex structure should be sealed and the coil material used for the additional layer and the main waterproof layer should be the same.(4) the sealing material is polyether polyurethane. If other sealing materials are selected, the product should not contain mineral oil, vaseline and other chemicals that affect the performance of polyethylene.

(5) additional layers should be laid at corners;The Angle of Yin and Yang are made into R= 20mm circular arc.

(6) waterproof roll shop stick should be used full shop method, adhesive coating brush on the base surface should be uniform, no exposure, no accumulation;Adhesive besmear after brush should immediately spread stick coil material, prevent time to be too long to affect bonding quality.

(7) the water-proof rolling material shall not be wrinkled, and the rolling material shall not be stretched forcibly. The air below the rolling material and the excess adhesive shall be eliminated while laying the rolling material, so as to ensure the bonding between the rolling material and the base surface and the rolling material of each layer is compact.

(8) the lap width of the waterproof rolling material shall not be less than 100mm.
